Shillong-The Rock Capital of India!

Hey Guys, I am back again after a much deserving short holiday to Shillong-"The Rock Capital of India." So said, Firehouse and Whitelion... That's right. I was there when the two great Rock Bands of yesteryears came and performed at the Polo stadium on the 13th Dec. I went for the Rock Show and ended the night with dance at a night club called the Tango. I was with a couple of friends and man, what a night!
For those who are interested, A visit to Cherapunji, once the world renowned place for heaviest rainfall is a must. The place aint that great but the drive is a cool one. You can see Bangladesh from the great plateau with snake-like riverines and plains. Another visit worth going is Elephant Falls.
